The Programme
- Movement and dance, which allow children to express themselves freely
- Fun games which allow them to interact, share and communicate
- Stretching and breathing exercises, to build self-awareness and restore calm to the nervous system
- Peer massage, encouraging children to interact in a kind way to each other
- Positive affirmations to develop a strong sense of self-worth and confidence
- Relaxations/visualisations, allowing the children to explore their imagination

- Marneta started the Relax Kids head office company over 20 years ago and became the first company in the UK to bring relaxation and mindfulness exercises to children and young people in class sessions
WINTER HOLIDAY SESSIONS
We are super excited to announce we have been awarded funding deliver sessions over the Winter Holiday period once more at St Hugh's CE Primary School, Failsworth Library & Oldham Library
Sessions will be available for all children at a cost of £12.50 per session, per child. Children in receipt of benefit related free school meals places sessions will be free of charge as part of the HAF Funding offer
