Each session will incorporate relaxation techniques, positive affirmations, and visualisations, breathing exercises as well as games, massage, exercises and discussions on topics related to developing a healthy lifestyle.
Sessions are usually delivered as smaller group intervention to be able to provide more targeted support where it is needed. Helping pupils develop emotional intelligence and building their resilience toolkits as pupils negotiate the challenging time of transition.
This can be into secondary education or throughout the secondary year groups from year 7 to 13 helping to supporting transition and development for young people as they approach college and beyond.
Sessions can be tailored to meet the needs of the pupils and the school.
We are super excited to announce we have been awarded funding deliver sessions over the Easter Holidays once more at St Hugh's CE Primary School & also Failsworth Library
Sessions will be available for all children at a cost of £12.50 per session, per child. Children in receipt of benefit related free school meals places sessions will be free of charge as part of the HAF Funding offer
